Owning shares

DCW Ltd is not listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX), so the company's shares can only be bought, sold or transferred privately. Except when issuing new shares, the company is not party to any share transaction, except as the keeper of a register of shareholders and a list of prospective buyers and sellers. Please advise the company if you wish to register as a buyer or seller of shares, or to be removed from the list.

A change of share ownership must be recorded on the company’s Sale/Transfer form and be forwarded to the company within 14 days of the transaction occurring.

Existing and prospective shareholders may request a list of buyers and sellers by first registering their interest with the company.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about the operations of our windfarm that is not answered by the information on this website please contact us as indicated above.

Complaints will be registered, investigated as necessary and, where possible, resolved by mutual agreement in writing.

In the event that a complaint cannot be so resolved the complainant may refer their concern to the National Wind Farm Commissioner.
